New Year New Decade New You: Year Ahead Mindful Year Planning with Astrological Forecasting. A Four Week Program culminating in a 2 hour workshop on either January 25th or 26th (see details below).
Review major planetary transits (this time you’ll be prepared for Mercury Retrograde! There are ten planetary retrograde cycles this year!) throughout 2020, and general themes for the next decade. Tips for best times to travel, schedule surgery, start a new project, kick an unhealthy habit, etc. Learn about the expansive creative energy of the moon phases as well as suggestions for using your own natural energy rhythms.
Through meditation and awareness you find access to “the flow”, the flow of the universe and the flow of your own nature. I’ll guide us through a 4 week process of: healthy de-stressing post holiday madness, mindful intention setting techniques, exercises to release negativity, all warming you up for the big event.

Week Two: mindful intention setting guide (done at your own pace, in your inbox by 1/11/2020)
Week Three: letting go of fear and negativity exercise (complete on your own time, available by 1/18/2020)
Week Four: THE big event! Prior weeks culminate in this live, guided session. I’ll lead us through meditation and astrological forecasting for 2020 goal setting and beyond. How to deal with gnarly planetary transits when timing can’t be changed. Mindful approaches to reducing stress and more.
